Chiropractic care first entered my life as a competitive gymnast, where I relied on it for pain relief and performance optimization. Little did I know, it would lead me to discover something far greater—a profound appreciation for the body’s interconnected systems and the incredible power of the nervous system. During my time at chiropractic school, this understanding deepened, and I came to trust in the perfection of the human body as designed by God—capable of healing without drugs or surgeries.

At Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA, I met Dr. Kyle, who not only became my chiropractic partner but also my life partner. Together, we founded Foundations Chiropractic in 2014 and embarked on a mission to transform lives through chiropractic care. Along the way, we welcomed two amazing children into our family—an experience that profoundly shaped my passion for pediatric and perinatal care.

Both of my birth experiences were far from what I had envisioned. My first was a breech homebirth attempt that ended in an emergency C-section, and my second involved vacuum assistance. These challenging experiences were devastating for a mom with a natural birth plan, but they became the catalyst for my mission. They gave me the empathy, determination, and understanding needed to better equip mothers with the care and support they deserve on their own journeys.
